Why is Easter known as the ‘Passion’?

PRAYER

Jesus, I pray to you now, just as I am.

I believe you died on the cross for me, and that God raised you from the dead so that I too might receive the gift of an eternal life with God.

Thank you for taking the punishment for the things I have done wrong by dying for me. Please forgive me for all my wrongdoings and make my heart clean.

I give myself to you. Please come into my heart today, fill me with your Holy Spirit and help me to follow you for the rest of my life.
